These terms apply to all transparent business card orders and services.

1. Scope
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms and conditions apply to all orders and services provided by Transparent Business Cards (Owner: Ibrahim Sahin).
2. Formation of Contract
A contract is formed once you complete your order through our website. For print jobs produced specifically for an individual or business, the order becomes binding once the design enters production.
3. Prices and Payment
The prices displayed on the website at the time of ordering apply. All prices include applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT).
Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
4. Cancellation and Returns
Because printed products are made to order for an individual or business, the nature of the product means there is no right of withdrawal or return. However, if you experience a production fault or a quality issue, please get in touch and we'll provide the support needed to resolve it.
5. Customer Responsibilities (Print Files)
The copyright, spelling accuracy, and visual quality of content created or uploaded in the design editor are the customer's responsibility. Before approving your print, we recommend reviewing your design carefully, including cut lines and bleed areas.
6. Liability
Statutory liability provisions apply. We accept no liability for damages arising from incomplete or incorrect information you provide, such as a wrong address, missing details, or faulty design content.
7. Data Protection

8. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law. Should any provision be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
